Cancellation Policy

Strictly no refunds will be made if cancelling within 24hrs of the start time of the service. to cancel outside of the the 24hr period refunds or rescheduled appointments can be made, there will be a cancellation fee of £5 due to charges taken from online payments, there will be no charge for reschedulling appointments outside of the 24hr cancellation policy. any lateness to appointments will be deducted from the total time of the appointment. please arrive promptly to recieve full length of treatment.
