Unwind and chill with Restorative yoga

Our Restortive yoga class is held on Sunday

3:30-5:00pm, at the Burpham Yurt near to the big Sainsbury's in Guildford.

​

Find a deep release whilst comfortably holding postures for up to 5 mins at a time, stretch your muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments. bring a yoga mat and a mug for a cup tea. if you are new to yoga and require a mat please ask as we have some spares.

​

The Burpham Yurt is located Immediatley off the A3 Southbound exit into Guildford, with free parking on the road and toilet facilities on site, the Yurt is a cosy space to relax in.

Restorative yoga takes advantage of a wide array of props including bolsters, straps and much more to support the body into comfort. Experience the soul satisfying benefits of yoga.

90 minutes of yoga, meditation and friendly chit chatting, a blissful and soul satisfying session.
